Deceptive practices, fraudulent charges Internet

I signed up for the $9.99 trial and then for 7 consecutive days they charged me $68.00 and on one day they charged me $68 twice! It took me a week to notice the fraudulent charges in my account.

When I called and spoke with the supervisor, Meah Gordon, they said sorry, it was a mistake and that I should have only been charged $68 twice. WHAT? I didn't agree with that either, but apparently they said I joined a club at $9.99 and then agreed to two shipments per month at $68 a shipment. I have disputed the charges with my debit card company, but... Because there were 7 charges for $68 and they have only refunded 5 of them it's very difficult to figure out which transaction has not been refunded yet.

I ultimately did receive 5 refunds after two weeks, but am still awaiting the other two refunds. I have contacted the company several times and get NO response. I sent back every package they sent the same day I received it. Just more hassle that I had to call UPS each time to get them to pick up for the return.

This company is CLEARLY a rip-off. Beware!!!
