AT & T phone scam, used my debit card and has taken $325 out of my checking account

Received a phone call at 5:00 A.M. This morning thanking me for my recent purchase, identified that they were calling on behalf of AT & T. Called my bank and they said that Versa Corp had already hit my checking account for $325. Said it probably was a result of my using my debit card when ordering off of Sambazon. Spent most of the day talking to my bank, canceling my debit card as well as with the local detectives so this can further be investigated. Seems like one of the transactions was "signature based" and this will help not only my bank, but the detectives to track this group down. I will be contacting AT & T, my local paper, and the Better Business Bureau to shut these folks down. No one should be allowed to violate the public in this avenue.
