Rip off, Scam and Fraud

This company was said to do Loan Modifications on investment properties. On April 8 I signed up with them. My husband and I paid $2700.00 for two properties and did not hear from anyonefor awhile. I had a phone number for a sales rep (supposedly) and she said I would hear from a mitigator. I did not. I called the rep backasking what happened. Then I got a call from the mitigator stating she had a lot of calls but would get back to me.

I heard from her about two weeks later and asked for an update. She had not done anything. Later I called the lender myself and made arrangements. Afterwards I was given the owner's email and another phone number but did not reach him. We contacted the Attorney General's office to have them investigated further. I have not since heard from anyone about our refund. We later found out the mitigator was fired from another agency as well as this. We are still waiting for answers!!!
