Sent the wrong hot tub, they would not pick it up and give me the one i ordered

Choose direct is a rip-off. They sent the wrong spa. The color was wrong. The brand was wrong. When i ordered the spa, casey said they could send a small truck. After waiting 3 weeks they called and said the hot didn't have a circ pump that i ordered and it would be 7 to 10 more days. Then two more weeks they said it was shipping the next day. 5 days more i got a call from the trucker. He said, they only had 48 ft trucks. I told him i could meet him at local parking lot. I had to help him off load the tub onto my flat bed.

When i got it home and on my deck i found it was the wrong color and brand. I called casey. He passed me off to customer sr. After countless calls i never got a call back until i said i was going to sue them.

I got a call from cristy at THE GREAT SPA MFG IN JOHNSON CITY TN. She said that infinity changed there name to raindance. I finally said, i could live with the color and hooked up the spa. Well the heater didn't work because the extra 300 dollar circ pump was plugged in. After a lot of calls to her and trying lot more the circ pump still doesn't work. Now she won't return my calls. So please do not buy anything from this company. They don't stand behind there product and won't GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
