Offerincome.com/kit after i cancled their service less then 24 hrs, they went and took 58.07 out of my account the day after i cancled

On 6/16/09,8:53A.M. I went on line to hopefully find different grants for a small business loan and came up upon grants360, their first fee was $1.95, that was fine. But the more i got to thinking about it, i decided it wasn't right. So i e-mailed them to cancel at 6/18/09 at 4:19. A.M. According to my bank statement, they took the $58.07 out of my account on 6/19/09. I called my bank and cancelled that card, so i do have a new one. I have e-mailed them for a refund, they have offered me $40.00 back, but i am unwilling to give them my new card number, so i am going through my bank to dispute this. So far i don't have any answers yet. But how can they attack my account when i cancelled well before that? This is just a total rip-off! Please help! Thank you.
