Beehive in home owner knew/no refund

We had planned a nice family vacation june 20th-29th,

Sent out our $ right away considering we know them and my father is and has been a loyal client of theirs. Mari said, we have a great deal for you, you can stay at roberts house.

I arrive with my 5 and 4 yr olds by car and My husband by boat 2 hr trip, we unpack and at that time we see bees many of them half dead ones and alive ones flying around in closet oh my i call Mary that evening and tell her the story she seems not concerned,
The bees were literally falling from all the vents, was concerned for my childrens sake most, had to close off bedroom did not sleep at all...
Left a lengthy message for robert telling him that we most leave and to find us another place, no response, i was stung had to go to urgent care and wa on meds for 1 week,

At this time i was so upset, took my children to my parents living blocks away. Called mari her response was oh well, you should go then that wa it
no regards for me being stung or that they ruined our vacation..

Josae from lan mac arrived tues am and said that was a dangerous living condition and my children and myself could have been harmed very bad if bees woudl have stung more

To this day 3 weeks later we have not received our refund which is so unprofessional and horrible!

Robert took it even further saying he would not recommend my husbands busineess to his customers after how i responded, turning it all around like we had some something..

Our attorneys have now taken over but what a shame,
i no longer respect and have any good feeling for that couple.
Not only has robert lied about sending the check but now he has made it personal by manipulating us by saying he would not recommend us to his customers, we do not need his business

All and all,
news travels bad news travels faster... They have already lost several people who were interested in a home after hearing our story...
