Is a total scam!

I placed an order in April, and as of July, still have not received the correct order! A 3-year-old gluing macaroni at day care can do a better job than the pile of crap that they sent to me. It was advertised at "Swarovski" crystals and in the photo, it appeared very professionally created. What I received was an eye-sore, in a crushed box from Brazil, with missing crystals, and crystals glued on top of one another, and crystals literally falling off! They said to return them and they would replace them. Conveniently, they are not responding to any of my emails. The flip flop season will be over soon and I still don't have what I ordered in the Spring. Total Internet Scam!!!
