Charge your credit card - Dont ship items - No response to phone or email

Well, it is already here, but I will again reiterate what was already spoken as I have had the same experience. They advertise 24 hour phone lines... It is an answering service, I left a message on it 6 days ago and have not heard back, I have sent 4 emails - absolutely no response. They charge your credit card immediately, send out a form letter from "Robin" who will be your representative, who I dont think exists. Then try to get your order... 3 weeks and counting, even though "Robin" says they ship in 2 to 3 days.
I think the worst part is (aside from them taking your money and not shipping) is the utter lack of response on their part - there is absolutely NO customer service! And yes ALL their items are knock offs that are made in China... I have seen soome of their stuff ad you have to be careful cause the quality is iffy...
