This company is a fraud and a scam they will steal your money

I received a call from Carl Tibson from Kingston Financial at 800-624-6189 ext. 487 to let me know I was approved for an $8,000 loan. He talked with me for a short time and seemed to be the "real deal" and considering my financail situation during this recession time I thought this was to good to be true. Carl said the accounting department needed to close the loan and would need a voided check, copy of my drivers license and bank statement to be faxed to 501-588-0964. Carl mentioned a fee of $1,225 should be sent by money gram to receive my loan the next day no later than 5pm.

I sent all the information and he asked for the confirmation number which I gave to Carl. The money gram was to be sent to Amanda McGraph in Edmonton, Canada. The following day the money was not in my account I called Kingston and spoke to Patrick and he said there was a problem with my application and I would have to send more money in order to receive the $8,000. I told him I sent all that I had and wanted a refund of my $1,225 plus the $24.50 money gram fee. Patrick said they will refund my deposit and I should receive in my account on July 3. The deposit has never hit my account.

This is the first time I have ever been scamed and I feel horrible because I sent my personal information and everything I had to pay the fee. For all out there please be aware of this type of fraud and scams I always thought I would spot something like this and in this case I did not see it coming. At this time all I want is my deposit back in order for me to remove this incident from the rip off report.
