Soozee Kim, or (aka) Kim Soozee, her Husband Michael Waddington have commited multiple bad checks to myself and my husband, well over 20 bad checks amounting to several hundred thousand dollars. He loaned are a considerable amount of money, based on real estate deals that never came to fruition. We lost over $250,000.00 in the past 2 Year period. She just keeps writting bad checks. She caused one of two different bank relationships to drop us as customers, because of her reckless abandon in writting bad checks.
She keeps promissing to pay us back, but then changes her number, or goes dark. She is an evil woman, who's whole purpose is to prey on good people that are trying to do good business. She lied about property she had to sell, we lost $10,000.00 to her escrow company in North Bend, North Bend Escrow. She stalls, lies, cheats, and keeps hurting more and more people. I'm amazed She isn't in jail or a federal prison. If you see her coming, be smart and run!
