AT&T
DSL installation not scheduled for a month in Alvin, no callback

I have been waiting for about a month for DSL service and can't seem to get anyone out to my residence. I live in Alvin, TX near Houston. I have never received a call back from AT&T even though they've told me multiple times they'd call me back within 1 hr. AT&T provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
