No coupon no Rewards Account - Scorecard Rewards and Survey

I too received an invitation on my receipt to answer a survey for a $10.00 coupon and could not find the survey!

In addition, I can't even open an online account to access my Scorecard Rewards. I feel it is almost a scam as I have spent hundreds at Dicks Sporting Goods with no reward benefits.

Has anybody else had these problems?
