I had been receiving phone calls at work from this company saying I had to pay them on behalf of VISA. Athe fourth time they called I was at my desk and answered. The woman who spoke to me was very nasty and told me that a "summons"? Had been issued. I don't know what that means or how I can protect myself from illegal garnishment.
