Took money from my account before ever sending any products

On May 12th, I ordered a sample piece of jewelry from Bella Sole for the price of $9. On May 14th, the company took the $9 out of my account. Then on May 18th, May 20th, and May 21st, they took out an additional $68 each day! And I still hadn't gotten anything from them. On the 21st I called them, and they told me I had joined a club. I told them I needed my money back to pay bills and that $204 was necessary. The man on the phone said I would have the money back in 7-10 days. He said that the last package hadn't even been mailed yet! I finally recieved the sample piece on May 22nd with more deliveries on May 23rd. A week later, I called again and was told it would take 10-14 days for me to get my money back. The next week, called again and was told now that it would take 14-30 days. On June 19th, I called again and this time the man stated that it could take 1-2 billing cycles and that I probably wouldn't see my money until the end of July. I wanted to file a complaint with the Illinois State's Attorney Office but you have to print out the form and I had to pawn my printer. I sincerely wish that I had checked this site out before I had any dealings with that bunch of thieves!
