Quality is not what they advertised, looks completely different from pictures

I got this today, the insulated holder does not look like the picture shown, does not appear to be insulated, very cheaply made.

Of course they only charge 5.00 for shipping charges for the insulated cover, its free.

Now I want to return it for a refund, but I will have to pay to return it and they won't refund any of the shipping charges.

So in the end I am out 20.89. I could mail it back to them, cost about 3.00 and I would still just get back my 9.99, leaving me getting back about 6.00

I was told by a lady on the phone that it was not necessary for the insulating cover to come all the way up the neck of the bottle. Also said something about the other style cover being dangerous. Don't quite know why.

It just shows it is best to actually looking at a product, with hands on, before buying because about 90 % of the time you are going to get ripped off.
