They charged me $3000.00 to do nothing, and then disappeared

I paid $3000.00 to have a company modify my mortgage, they said it would take a minimum of 90 days. It has been over 8 months, with nothing but an impending forclosure. This company is full of crooks that took advantage of the people who were already taken advantage of. They should be sued and prosecuted to the full measure of the law.
