With drew 79.99 from my account with out tellling me that they was and that i cant call and cancel

I did not agree to them taking out money from my debit card. Yeah i orded one thing and nothing else and i did now know that if i ordered one thing that i get a life time withdraw on my card every month.in am unemployed and cant afford to have people who i dont know take money from me. Thanks to them i cant pay my car payment this month. I just need help to get my money back or my perscription that i didnt know i had cancled. Please the only thing i ordered was the diet pills and all i had to pay was the shiping which was like 3.00. And thats all i had at the time. Like i said befor i cant afford to have money taken out im unemployed and dont get much for it. Please help.
