I too was scammed by Wayne Taylor. He promised to return my money then sent me an email saying he was filing bankruptcy. He now is starting a new similar company called ReProagent.com. Saying we can get listings. He now has an attorney to make him seem more legit. What a scammer. I lost $600 but I understand many more have lost more. If it is at the district attorney eventually he will be stopped and arrested. This happened to another con artist I know. So let the DA know you were scammed to try to get restitution.
