Were both very attentive the first 3 weeks... And then they never answered my calls

This company advertised on prime time tv and offered to contact my lender to modify my loan. I had to go through an hr interview process and sent them everything they required me to. They also drafted my account twice $1000.00 each time. I started this process in Feb and havent had a call back in 2 months. They have a new answering message on their phone promising no more than a 3 day turn around in answering their calls. Right!!
