Process server m. Watkins 7124 owensmouth ave reg#829 filed declaration of diligence. Stating that he attempted to serve me, summons, at my residence on numerous attempts. What he states is impossible in that no one describes lives or has access to my residence. He further stated that there were no vehicles at residence. Outright false hood. Have at least two vehicles at residenceat all times. At times he describes, there were four vehicles. This action has made it impossible to comply with 30 day requirement for answer.
