I placed an order when I called to confirm & was told that the order was lost in their email system. After which I was told that this was my fault for not calling & catching the "snafu". After I was told it had already shipped. It was at this point I cancelled my order due to it not going to arrive for my event tonight. I then received an email from Robert White of Complex Plastics informing me that if I wasnt his liver I was too late.in summation, no receipts of goods, not professional & outright rude. Why waste the time
