Ripped off, lied to

I was convinced into paying all upfront and the owner kept putting me off, after several months I asked for my money back, and he said he was busy, his girlfriend was having a baby, then he told me to wait for 2 weeks, I did that then I called, he cursed me out and hung up, I kept calling and he said the more I call the more he wont answer the call, I just want my credit repaired or my money back.
