Bad Company Took My 3k Did not honor warranty, Took 3K for a product that did not ship complete, Broken Pump Oakland Park, Florida

This is what I experience with the mattressjoint.com company if there is such a company. Lynx bed is horrible - the company as a whole you should stay away from.

1. Delayed shipment 2.5 weeks on an already delayed 1 month wait. When I purchased they said it would ship next day.

2. Did not ship the pump to make my mattress work. Delay of another 3 weeks.

3. After about 3 weeks of a hurt and tired back because the air chamber on has 1 firmness. Its a complete lie that they say it has 50 different firmnesses. There is hard and very hard.

4. At this point I'm very concerned so I call the customer service line. They tell me that all internet orders to not get a warranty!!!

5. They bed had a USA logo on it. I pulled back the label and it said "made in china."

6. I had to report this company to the local authorities, and federal agencies.
