My fiance was "hired" by this man and put in 2 days of work to make 100$. Though he was told he would be paid 100$ a day. He then called and said due to the weather last week that they would not be working.

So last night we try to call and find out with this great weather, if he would be working today to which he said "I will call you back." And never did.

He has company vehicles yet when my fiance drove a half hour to the owners place, he said there was no room in the work vehicles and he needed to drive another half hour to the job site with zero compensation.

This guy hired my fiance in stating it was 100$ a day. Not 100$ a job. Each job can take 3-4 days with how frequent he is losing workers due to insufficient pay. Most of the employees do not have their own transportation and hitch rides home from other people.

I know hes overpricing his bids because most crews stand to make a few hundred dollars if not close to a thousand per roof. And for him to be paid 100$ (plus 20 from a coworker he took home.) is absoloutely ridiculous.
