Watch your bank account! 49.95 may have been withdrawn!

I just check my bank account a charge for 49.95 was withdrawn without my permission. I was told that it was for a online line of credit that was offered through a pop up. I finally got through to the 800 number where i talked to Kevin. This number is a customer service line only and can not tell you what offer this was linked to or anything. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait for a paper check to be issued which would take 30-45 days. If any one knows of a way to have this money refunded sooner please contact me.
