I've been drawn in - all over again - free resources!

Free nothing - I chose to spend my $24.00 in advance to be always a participant - what do I get? Another Declaration stating my fees are $24.00 for just two decades and that I get nothing till I've settled the $24.00!!!

So what can one do?

Just how can this kind of robbery be ceased?
