Dept of Human Resources and Child Protection Agency must be held accountable for their lack of protecting these children. Arkansas courts decided they will be tried as "adults", tho they were only 14,15 at the time of incident. The emotional and physical trauma they endured is likening to that of a POW camp, but in the hills of ARK!!!
The most unconceivable injustice ever!!!
