Over thirty items not delivered and my account has had most of my info deleted. Sydney N S W Australia

Hi i am a victum off x5 they hold at least thirty of my items that have not been shipped i have asked for all my wpon items list and what has been shipped at least ten times plus but still they dont send them they gave me a list of items they say theuy sent on the 1st of june but only half turned up.
I keep getting damaged items and they keep blaming aussie post yet i have esnt many photos to them of how they are shipped i have spent over four thousand dollars with them and they owe me at least $1000 worth that go back near four weeks.
I sent a message to them saying i was going to file a report with the NSW consumer affairs and they have told me to go ahead plus i have won that many items yet weeks later they say they are out of stock so to me i recon they are putting things up for auction they dont have i class that as illegal and fraud now they have stoped me from accessing my account i contacted paypal they gave me a contact number but a funny thing it did not excist so be warned before you bid do your research and dont believe thier guid lines as that is for reading sake only.
