Fraud Alert, "Financial Representive" position posted on Careerbuilde

This company, Academy of Designing, Inc., goes by many names. Other names used are also Design Development Biz and Design Development Ltd. This fraud operation begins by posting a job within the popular job search engines such as Careerbuilder, and recruit innocent people looking for extra work. I've posted the job description below to get an idea of what this fraudulent operation preys on. If you agree to the position, you submit your bank account information and it is used for fraudulent activity such as false items on eBay and recently they have moved up to Internet viruses to scam innocent bank account holders out of their money. You are used as the innocent bystander in the middle as you are asked to wire transfer money to a Russian bank account. The individual whom contacts you is James Gordon, who name is also part of many consumer complaints. He is the initial contact of this scam and be careful if you are contacted for an interview. I've already filed an IC3 report and the Secret Service is also involved in an investigation involving these individuals.

"Our company is looking for personnel for the Financial Manager position. Our company is engaged in interior design for offices, shops, restaurants and we need financial representatives to process all deals with our clients. Basically our company is a middleman between our designers and our clients. We have many clients and we have 5-7 transactions every day. We have the contract with each client and we need to complete all transactions at the same day. That's why we employ financial representatives in different states to complete all transactions at the same day without any delay. So you'll receive remittances from our customers, take your commissions and send the rest according to our instructions to our employees (designers, masters, developers). Our clients make an order with our company and then our company provides them with one of our designer. As soon as designer has done his job our client sends the payment to our financial representative. We have clients in different states. If we have client say in Texas it is more prefer to do wire transfer to one of our representative in Texas too. You'll receive the payments take your commissions and complete the transaction according to my instructions. You can use any type of account to receive payments from our clients (checking or saving)."
