Hazz girlfriend was looking for a 2 year anniversary gift and tried to get a puppy

Hey how are you guys doing?
Anyways this started around early March my girlfriend was trying surprise me by buying a puppy for our 2 year anniversary, From what i know she was searching through petsites such as nextdaypets.com, terrificpets.com etc... So she found a guy by the name of Ricky Long who had the puppy she was searching for... She contacted him about purchasing a puppy and so forth then he asked her to Western Union him $12oo for the pitbull terrier puppy... That transaction happend March 15th the date was set up so We'd get the puppy for May 8th... During that time my girlfriend was tryin got ahold of this guy but to no avail nothing so she finally told me about the situation so I gave it a shot and tried to contact him surprisingly he answer the phone and we had a short conversation after that it pretty much went back to hell... We couldnt get ahold of him until late April/Early May... He kept feeding bullshit us saying that he's been busy moving blahblah (I mean what in the hell does that have to do with the business we HAVE with you? That's your personal life when it comes to business that should be first right?) so we've booked a flight for May 20th, then it went to May30th, and then June 8th THEN he had the audacity to ask for 900 more dollars because the airlines said the pup might have to be quarantined etc... So finally we said forget the dog give us a refund because obviously this is NOT going to work out if we cant even communicate correctly about getting this dog that we purchased... That final conversation was on June 9th... WE have called his numbers they were disconnected, Emailed him countless times no reply... I went to nextdaypets.com to check his account and he updated his pictures with the dog that WE purchased... I also noticed he changed his address and phone number... Tried calling that number it went to voicemail after a few rings... I honestly dont even know what else to say because thats some bullshit... My apologizes if it came out like blabbered story Im still upset with the fact i just tried calling this guy a gazillion times on his new number and he keeps forwarding it to voicemail...
