Francisco Hernandez Jr. Has his office set up to take people's money and never meets them. He has Francisco Senior, whom is not a licensed attorney, take clients, make binding agreements of service and leaves them without representation. He has incompetent staff members translate documents and notarize their own signatures. Once a client is suffering the consequence of lack of representation he unprofessionally and incompassionately turns them away and makes false statements to authorities of the State Bar in order to save himself from the consequences of his negligent, unethical actions. Francisco is a unethical, contemptible liar, whose only interest is to collect fees for service not rendered and will make false statements to save himself from his own wrong doing.
