Ripoff Dishonest Fraudulent Billing - BEWARE!

My Credit card was used fraudulently by someone. A laptop was ordered, charged to my credit card then delivered to my address. When a package arrived at my place of business it was opened and it contained a laptop and a bill in my name.

I immediately returned the lap top (tracking number: 1Z8Y71840356225403) and contacted the company for an immediate refund and they declined stating that I was a fraud. I have contacted my attorney as well as the issuing credit card company to get this issue resolved.

To date this company has not tried to work out anything other than to call me a liar and insist that I am the one trying to commit fraud when the fact of the matter is that I did not order from this company. At this time the company not only has the merchandise in question, they absoulutely refuse to refund my money back to my account.
