Peoples First Financial I lost my house because of!

I was contacted by Peoples First Financial because I was looking online for refinancing my home. I talked to a Katie Reuschle (who is no-longer employed by them) I even did some research on peoples first financial before signing up with them and I never found anything bad or negative to deture me from them. So I signed on with them and made my first initial payment of 500 dollars. I listened to them and did everything they asked (like not making my payments, I wasn't behind or struggling when I signed with PPF) After about 3 months with them and getting e-mails stating my case was moving along great, and submitting everything to them that they needed. I got a notice of default so I called them and they said that it was just part of the process, and a scare tactic by the bank! PANICKED I contacted the mortgage companies and they never heard from PPF and wanted an authorization from PPF stating that they were trying to help me with my loan, so I called PPF and asked them to contact my mortgage company and send me proof that they were actually talking to them so I wouldn't lose my home. They never did, so I told them I wanted them to help me from foreclosing my home or refund my money so I could try to save my home, they stopped calling me, they stopped talking to me.

I tried everything to save my home but I could not come up with the money to make the mortgage company not foreclose, too much damage had been done. I tried to make payments and get caught up but it was a futile effort and they foreclosed on my home last week.

I contacted the BBB after PPF stopped talking to me and since then and now I filed with the Fraud Division in my state and filed two BBB complaints, I am looking for an attorney and want to go after PPF for punitive damages if I had never done business with them I would never have lost my house. They are good salesmen they now how to reel you in, their problem is never finishing all their work they let me and my family slip through the cracks, and now my children and I have no home. I have two weeks to move and no money to do this with, PPF cost me my home, and marital problems we never had before.

So what now? Can anyone help me go after PPF? United we stand they are scamming god knows how many families, when is someone going to stop them, I found out a few weeks ago their business license was revoked and they still keep going. Can't we stop them from making another family from ending up broke, homeless, and destitute?
