Fraudulent Sales Practices

Browning Equipment has apparently found themselves embroiled in communications with the BBB, various consumer advocacy websites and the VA Dept. Of Consumer Affairs purely as a result of their own actions which seem to have boomeranged on them.

For an example of the type of unprofessionalism and unethical conduct you may experience with this firm please view the complaint registered at the consumer advocacy web site www.yelp.com. Simply enter the company name of Browning Equipment and you can read that individual's poor experience with regard to the sales of expensive mowing equipment!

For your convenience I have pasted the text of the aforementioned complaint below:

" I was pricing a Kubota ZD 323 and Browning was one of the more expensive dealers compared with the Warrenton dealer; however, what was disturbing was when the salesman tried to sell a swapped out unit. I wanted the ZD 323 with the 60" deck. Browning did not have one in stock and wanted to take a ZD 321 and put a 60" deck on it (while selling it for the ZD 323 price). The 321 is not the same and is on a smaller frame and sells for over $2K less and was not designed for a 60" deck. It is not even offered on the 321. The salesman obviously lacked integrity as is like selling a Ford Escort for a Taurus price and telling the customer that it is the same thing."
