Basically it sounds like Daneil H. Fox is doing to me what he has done to others: When your down on your luck, he will stalk you, tell you everything will "go away" and then process your payment and NEVER call you back. I got ripped for 3 different "re-mods" for $4500. Time frame was December of until now. 6 months of waiting, wondering and ultimately paying $4500 for absolutely NOTHING.

After his initial "bolier room" operation in Boca Raton sucked me in (Fixmyloan today.com) they shut their doors and then my only contact was no longer there... I then spent the course of 4 months trying to get anyone to speak to me since I was told by the "firm" originally to "stop paying my bills immediately" as "this will show you are destitute and the ability to not pay these bills".
My creditors were ringing me off the hook. I tried to give them Daniel's number, since he was my "lawyer" but all calls got reverted back to me with a vengence and ultimately they all said they could not reach him (Daniel Fox).

Amazingly one day I got a hold of Nadia who promsied she would "do everything in her power to assist me". I was then told they had to transfer my files to their Vero Beach offices as the "banks we very backed up with so many people trying to remodify these days". That wasted another month of zero communication.

I was then contacted by a lady named Patty Clyde (who is Art Cylde's wife at Daniel's Aventura office) who said she would be "handling everything and that she had just seen my file for the first time" (5 months had passed). She then disappeared for a week and came back to me and said that "Dainels office had teriminated her work relationship and that all files were going back to Daniels office" in Aventura, FL.

Another few weeks of total frustration led me to have no other recourse but to file Chapter 7. Saying goodbye to everything now... I had no choice but to spend another $3400 on a BK lawyer who did everything he said he would do and my final review is end of June. To this date Daniel H. Fox has not emailed or called me with ANY update or even to say " he screwed up".

I sent him an email today saying I would spend any free minute making sure his license would ultimately be revoked and that I will not sit and do nothing as he STOLE $4500 from me. His kindergarten-mentallity, "romper room" bunch of employees can pretty much go to hell and rot with him.

If there are any legal or goverment actions we can take against daniel h. Fox then i implore to anyone to never use this jackass and his license needs to be revoked and restitution be paid out to all his "victims".

Daniel h fox, how do you sleep at night? Upside down in a closet i presume.
