Violated my rights under the fair debt collections practices act andover massachucettes

The so called law firm of Zwicker and Associates and by extension an attorney named Andrew Dick in New York have violated every single provision of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Civil Practice Laws in the State of New York. They have wholly failed to validate any of the alleged debt against me by a company called MBNA aka Maryland National Bank aka Fia Card aka Bank of America.

The attorney, Andrew Dick, (I kid you not, that is his name) is sneaky and unethical and mails legal process to my mother's house way after the date to appear-hoping to cause a default and sneakily gain in his devious tactics to secure a judgment and attorney fees on disputed debt that consists of usurious charges by a bank that is no longer in business and has "sold" this debt numerous times over, especially to Bank of Anerica who engages in buying toxic accounts then selling them to debt buyers like Zwicker when the can not produce the card member agreement, proof of purchases or original applications.

Zwicker never validated any debt or identified the true creditor or successor in interest-nothing that the law provides. They harassed me day and night and never responded to my letter to request proof of their allegations.

The reason I contacted you is because I saw hundreds of other victims of this Zwicker and Dick, some real horror stories far worse than mine. I am compelled to do something to help others and myself. Obviously there is a problem with these individuals -even the President of the United States and Congress have passed legislation to stop this abuse. Thank you
