Amazing spin

For those of you who love to spin you know how hard it is to try and find a good instructor. My friend gave me the address to this great spin studio in nyc, its called the studio. Not being very in shape, i was skeptical about how i could preform... But i was pleasantly surprised! The class was soooo good and james park, the instructor, was able to teach beginners (there were definitely some in the class!) as well as advanced riders! I would definitely recommend going there if you love to spin!!! Its on 72nd street between 3rd and lex, and it's easy to get there by the 6 ill seee you there!!!
