This letter informed me that I had won $1,150, 000.- on June 1. And was asked to call a Mr. John Peter, Foreign Operations Manager, Euro Union Security at 011-34-634-028-148 for processing and remittanace of my prize money.

Not to waste a long distance call, I checked with complaint and I did not make the call. I also did not become a victim. Thank you complaint.
It is unfortunate that one cannot trust any of these notifications in order to prevent a ripoff.
