Waited 12 Minutes at Drive-Thru and Order Never Taken

I pulled up to the drive thru yesterday 9-17-08 was told to hang on just a sec and after 12min they still didn't take my order to make things worse I was on my 30min lunch break it made me not have time to get something else for lunch and I work 12hr shift
