Pres. Held PHONY contest to sell NON_EXSISTANT books to proud parents

I entered a baby photo contest and was notified that my childs phot had won and would be featured in an upcoming coffee table book.

The cost of the books was $50.00 each, we ordered 2. Which when we tried to contact them they said production was backed up, then no responses at all.

This has been 3 years now and I'm sure there are HUNDREDS of victims out there. I refuse to let it go, there must be something that can be done.
