Big scam took my money no action no answer no reply and no call back for 3 months

I saw them on tv. They took my money on 2/15. For the last 3 months, i only got run around calls from 4 or 5 different reps. Nothing has been done. They even lost my file 2.5 months later. I began to ask for money back a month ago. Nothing happen so far. I've already reported to the LA chamber of commerce. I will seek legal action later.
