They really did me wrong! - wesite tonight

After being switched to the secure server, I began to get errors when I would try to update my site.
I would call customer support and they would say - cleaqr your cache and cookies every single time. It did not work - never worked. Then I would get someone that would fix it. It would work for a couple weeks and start over again. I tried many many many computers 15 or so - different locations and types. Still the same problem. THey insisted that it worked on their end so the problem was mine. They would tell me that they will walk me through getting a refund. That was their fix!
No one else gets this error so it is your problem. So I have to start all over again with someone else. But who?
I googled all of the so called top 10 and all of them have complaints.
So much for customer service these days! No wonder everyone is going out of business. My next email is to BBB.
