They did not do what the salesman has told me also never finished the ad correctly

The salesman for movies, sports, and more, came to my home to go over the ad. He said he will give me a one half page and a quarter page with my ads on them. He said the magazine will be in the publix supermarkets, sweetbays, and mail to 50,000 homes in my area. I told him to write that on my contract he did, then he told me it will be 1500.00 and a 200 dollar design fee. I went in my bedroom to get a check filled it out, signed the contract and he left. Shortly after. He had left, I noticed the following places of where the magazines would be displayed were no longer on there. He had switched the contracts on me when, I went to get a check for him. I didnt realize it untill he had left.

I tried calling him on his cell and was not able to reach him. When I had finally reched him months later, he said deal with the company I no longer work for them. I tried calling the company but was not successful. I Finally spoke to a woman named Sonny she said she was in charge told her about it and she said, What ever he put on the contract we would have to honor it. So another words i got screwed. It has been always a problem to get in touch with them.

When they mailed me an ad, It was incorrect I emailed them what I wanted and it kept going back and fourth. So I have gotten fed up with it now. It seems that they keep prolonging it for a reason, to get all your money first. I owed them money and i refused to pay for something i didnt get. The same problem happened to my brother for his resturaunt. They need to be stopped and countable for there actions. Everyone should get there money back, Plus aggrevation. Please Dont let yourself get ripped off by them! They Are A FRAUD!!!
