The customer disputed the charge on their credit card without contacting us in any way, claiming she had in the credit card dispute notes. She refused to return the merchandise and refuses to contact us about the disputed charge.

We would have been happy to return or exchange the merchandise. Be careful of doing any time of business - at your own peril.
