We were invited by MRI out of the blue to attend a meeting with them as a result of the difficulties we had with our purchases in BANSKO Bulgaria namely the Florimont Casino VIP Homes and Spa.

We were asked to describe what had happened, even though they knew, as they had been told and kept informed. We asked what the purpose of the meeting was and they said "to try and come up with a mutual solution".
The sales man then tried to sell us a 1 bed apartment in Aspen Heights or Ski. Razlog Valley.

Asking for an additional 90,000 they would "recognise" some of the money we had already spent but not all. At this point the high pressured sales talk kicked in and we had to make a decision that day to secure the deal.
They would also recommend the same so called independent Lawyers who have been negligent in their handling of ours and many like us purchases.

Please if there are people in similar situations please contact us through this web site as we want to start a class action to retrieve our money back through the bulgarian courts.
