Ripoff deceptive company consumer fraud ripoff

This company would send vouchers for money off mechandise and then you pay the balance. If you had a balance of more than $200 then you can pay $25 monthly.
Well unfortunately I got caught in the middle of this thinking I would be buying a cool computer and started making payments. After I realized that I probably wouldn't receive my product because I heard it was a scam. I stopped making payments and tried to get a refund of the money I had sent.

Well no luck. There was nothing they could do unless I wanted to transfer my balance to a new item. So I got absolutely nothing.
