Jean Frank. No Pay Tenant, and Property Trashe

Jean Frank rented my parents house with her daughter in April. Since that date we have recieved less than $1000 of $4000 owed. The place was trashed due to her 10 cats, 5 dogs. She runs a pet adoption agency.

She applied locally for a kennel license lying about my parents approval. The place was flea infested, filthy with droppings and she had written on the appliances and walls with a permanent marker.

The carpets, pads and flooring was removed to get rid of the smell. The house had to be bombed to kill the flea infestation. The yard was littered with droppings. Her personal belonging still sit on the property today She has made no attempt to claim this.

A monthly surchage for storage no applies. We continue to take legal action against her. While I can't prove it, I believe she did something to the hot water heater and complained about loss of services in order to stay longer.

She lied to the judge during eviction proceedings.in 15 years we have never seen a tenant like her. My guess is she makes a habit of doing this. Do not accept checks from this lady or her daughter. She now resides in Cobleskill, NY
