Fraudulent transaction from my account

I read the Google Kit advertisement through the internet and out of curiosity I ordered, because it said I have to pay only 2.01$ for it. I wanted to read the terms&conditions but I couldn't find it! Later on, i checked my account, they charged me over 81.32$!!! I couldn't believe it! They use this trick to fool people and illegally take people's money! I don't know how to get back my money! If anyone could help me, please reach out to me and HELP!
