Pure Nutrients, Dietguidenow.com ordered 14 april, 09, canceled 20 apr, 09, still billed me for $93.95, over 1 month late

I ordered the product on apr 14 on april 20th called and canceled order, 6 days later, on may 27, i find a debit on my bank account for $93.95, after trying to call them for over 4 hours i finally got a hold of a service rep, who said that it is now canceled, but, to request a refund of the product, i have to sent a request for refund to their email
