Smart move moved with out notice and the warrenty is no good

Ok I bought my car jan 31 smart move was gone before I cud make my first car payment I drove by there and the lot was empty and the building was abandoned no ilght or anything then my car messed up and tha warranty I bought was no good paid an extra 1300 for it then y is the car worth 7 thousand but their finace company has me paying an extra 7000 yea I know but point is smart move moved and never heard from since called left messages they were never returned that's bad business and even worst customer service what are the customers suppose to do if you can not reach anyone?
